Time To Catch Up

I think I stopped clocking my miles last week after that awesome run on Tuesday, so let's backtrack and see how I did...



Wed - Yoga was cancelled and I was really bummed so I rode the bike for 7 miles

Thurs - My legs felt like jelly so I took the day off

Friday - Ran 1.75 miles. Had full intentions of completing 2 but I knew I was going for another trail run on Saturday morning so I 1) didn't want to overdo it, and 2) knew that I was definitely going to make up for it the next day.

Saturday - Ran/walked 2.5 miles up and down crazy hills (really should count for like 10 miles :)



So, my total for the week:

Miles Ran/walked: 8.95
Miles Biked: 7

Not to shabby!
