Tomorrow is the big day...my first race!
I picked up my race packet yesterday and am getting kind of pumped. I know I'll be nervous in the morning, but for now, I'm telling myself that Heather and I are going for a nice 3.1 mile jog, with thousands of other people...and I'm being timed...no pressure :-)
Heather just came back from running in the Disney Wine and Dine and showed me her medal, and the first thing I thought of when I saw it was 'I want one of those!'. I'm hoping after running tomorrow, I'll still feel the same way, but maybe with a little more gusto to push me to work that much harder at getting that princess medal.
