Ass Kicked or Kick Ass?

2 miles in 27 minutes...an ass kicking run or did I kick that run's ass? Not quite sure yet, but those shoes sure did rock! When I was done I thought I was going to throw up, that didn't happen though probably thanks to my new fav, my coconut water. I guzzled a can of pineapple coconut water and felt much better. So far it's been 2 hours since I finished my work out, I haven't thrown up, I'm not really sore, and I feel great. I think I kicked that work out's ass, but ask me again tomorrow :-)
